The importance of this topic stems from the importance of the pricing process carried out by organizations, because it is the only element that links the organization to the customer on the basis of which he is satisfied or not. Pricing is the most important element in the marketing mix of the product after the commodity is produced, because of its great importance in the success or failure of the commodity and its marketing, and which plays a huge role in the possibility of the continuation and success or failure of organization. Therefore, the organization must follow an appropriate and moderate price policy, in order to be able to influence the purchasing decision of the customer and gain the largest possible number of customers. Total of (111) questionnaires was distributed randomly to the research sample of Visitors to Majidi Mall in Sulaymaniyah Province. Several statistical methods were used like alpha-Cronbach to verify the accuracy of the responses of the research sample, and Frequency Distributions, Percentages, Arithmetic Mean and Standard Deviations to analyze the answers of the questionnaire sections using the statistical program (SPSS-V22). The researcher concluded that the pricing policies followed by organizations and sellers in the selected community have an impact on the purchasing decision of the selected sample of Majdi Mall visitors, and recommended the selected community to follow effective pricing policies that affect the purchasing behavior of Majdi Mall visitors in order to activate their sales level.
